Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refund:

Customers may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances: Product Defects: If the purchased product is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, customers are entitled to a full refund. Service Issues: In the case of service-related issues, refunds may be provided after a thorough investigation into the reported problem.

2. Refund Request Process:

To initiate a refund, customers must contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the product or experiencing the service issue.Customers are required to provide detailed information about the problem, including supporting evidence such as photographs or documentation.

3. Refund Determination:

Our team will carefully review each refund request to determine eligibility. We reserve the right to assess the validity of the claim and may request additional information from the customer to facilitate the decision-making process.

4. Refund Options:

If a refund is approved, customers may choose between a full refund of the purchase amount or a replacement product or service of equal value. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of approval.

5. Non-Refundable Items:

Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for a refund unless they are defective or damaged.

6. Cancellation Policy:

a. Orders for which the payment has been received by Afrocon LLC and the purchase order has been raised by us to the vendor / service provider/channel partner CANNOT be canceled. b. Orders for which the payment has been received by Afrocon LLC and the purchase order has NOT been raised by us to the vendor/service provider/channel partner , a client can request a CREDIT NOTE from accounts@afroconllc.com which can be used for placing future orders.
